Yes, gutter guard. Just cut to fit and attach it with zip ties.. or be creative. There are tons of possibilities thumbsup

Grillcraft also makes front upper/lower grills - they're a good choice if you want drop-ins without any work on your part

Everytime I go to home depot I can never find mesh grill. Only found some to make little grills for my seats, but it wouldn't really work for bumpers. If you find some please let me know where exactly you found it. Oh yeah don't bother asking the home depot employees where its at crazy

yeah, at Home Depot or Menards they only have the pre-cut gutter guard but they don't come in 5in by 34in.. which are too short, the length fit but the height too short. i've been searching and searching, don't know y other people from different state can find it in their home depot store but not here. Can't find anything. angry

sorry about the dirty picture. I took it yesterday for a different post topic to show how crappy the weather is still.

I left the grill the size it was but had to cut twice about 2 inches. Enough so that the grill would flex cause the bumper is curved.

I spent like $5.00 I think it was for a whole big sheet of Grill making material at home depot. it was so big i had to fold it in half and put my seats down so it could fit in my trunk!!.. check the sliding door/screen section towards the end thats where i found mine at. ... i think its main purpose besides making a grill is to be used to be placed on a wall and you put cement on it. So the cement would have something to grab a hold of i Suppose.. but yah good stuff

I had tired ebay too. I thought i had a good deal. I was gonna get a big sheet of mesh w/instuctions for $16. The grill was $2 and shippinre $14. Well I paid him and he never sent the money. Then he cancled his ebay account and is no longer a member. His contact info is all false. I told ebay but they couldnt do much of anything. So I learnt my lesseon w/ebay. O he had 100% feedback at like 12. Everyone else got there grill except me angry.

Meanwhile, today I went to Homedepot and Lowes I was looking at, I think there fencing stuff. Im not sure if thats exactly right. It looked kinda strange. I think it was wire and not really a mesh. Im gonna go look by the screen doors next time.

yah ebay is risky but you should feel a bit better if your buying from a buyer that has like in the 50-100's but even then still some risk.. anyways i got your pm.. I could even send you a small sample of the grill if you want heck it'll only cost me $0.37 so why not help a fellow ec member...
thumbsup and its aluminum so never have to worry about rusting

I could even send you what I have left over if there still enough, i have to check since i used it on our other cars that there was so much (just pay shipping) but you'd be better off picking it up at the hardware store. least if you have the sample you could show someone?

I'll take pics of it tommorrow when theres light out..

Cool. Thanks. What part of the store did you get it from. I check their gardening section, screen doors, and building materials. The workers there were kinda confused? I think will paint mine greyish or silver like you see most grills for it to me more noticable.

*my digi cam cost $20 from walmart. i think i might get a better one for my b-day but it suits me fine 4 now.

I wish I could lose the plate. I tried the whole "officer, I just had some work done. The plate is right here." It only works once for me since I live a block away from a cop station! thumbsdown

I got it from the section where you seemed to have looked. Should be around that area too and it was also close to those plastic roof things =P..also somewhat close to the glass panels too. it was on the bottom floor area as it is HUGE sheet. It was not near the chicken wire stuff neither. But heck for about $5-$8 I spent on it thats the best (cheapest) money spent for a mod thumbsup

Like I said I could send you a free small sample piece so maybe you could show the worker?

I do think its primarily used for the wall and contractors would apply cement or something of the same substance to it so the cement would stick on it.

it is a bit shiny silvery like color when i got it (aluminum) but I think it got oxidized a bit. Yeah I was thinking of painting mine white to stand out more. or if possible to get it chrome plated tongue
