They're both about the same price and I already have an Intake, exhaust, & coil overs, so help a brother out

Unless you want to invest a lot of money, you are only going to get like MAYBE 20 HP out of I/H/E set ups. $1500 in suspension mods, and you can throw your car around like a ragdoll and hold traction.
