Power Pulley Dimensions

Hey I was wondering if anyone can tell me the exact dimensions on the AEM Power Pulley for the 2000 Celica. I will need it to be as exact as possable. I work at a basic manufacturing company and my boss has decided he wanted to get into automotive performance so he is trrying to get specs on various parts so he can play with them take it to the dyno and improve on all the designs. If someone can help me out I will get them a set (Not just the one) of our best pulleys once they are completed. Once again I need them to be as precise as possable. Thanks.

I am also looking for the dimensions on the flywheel (stock or aftermarket), and any other part of your engine that you would buy aftermarket. My boss just told me he would consider doing custom jobs for people on any engine component. I am just being lazy, but if anyone is really interested in something like this I can pull the parts off my car and get all the specs (2002 Toyota Celica GT). Once again any info is appreciated. Also any suspension mods like you front/rear struts and so forth would be greatly appreciated. I am sorry to ramble on like this but I type it as I hear it. He seems really excited to try it out. And I am very excited cause I will get all the parts at the worlds greatest price for letting him use my car wink

And I am sorry that you had to live in Midland, but I guess being that young it was still fun to just go out and do nothing with your friends. This has got to be one of the most boring places to live. That and the fact that all the cops here think that if you drive a nice car your a drug dealer and give you crap all the time. Be glad that you got out of here when you could.

we are just trying to get it started... in fact I am pulling all of the shit off my car as we speak... but it is taking longer than I expected. Guess that is the price of doing business, time and patience. Once we get rolling I will be posting it up here. But the more I have to pull and measure the longer it takes. He will not get rolling until I have everything ready. He doesn't think that there is any money in it really, but I plan on showing him otherwise. We will be making the pulleys same as stock size but a hell of a lot lighter, we will also make the ones simular to the AEM pulleys and as many others as we can get the info on. First ones we will be doing are stock since they are the only ones we have access to. But as stated all over the forum the weight reduction is the key factor here. Same will be with all others until I get some specs. We will try and figure out some things, but that willbe kind of a pain. So once again any info is appreciated. Post or e-mail me at Outcast_Racing@hotmail.com. Also do so if you will be interested in purchasing them. Our prices will be as cheap if not cheaper than AEM and so forth. Just an idea for everyone to think about. smile

sugestions - just buy the parts and do your own EXACT/PERCISE measuring... so that atleast the company that you copy from (to make your products) gets SOME SORT of revenue/creditrolleyes

as a dealer, you can get the parts needed at reseller prices

Hey Isaac you are getting me all wrong, and I can easily see how you would do it. We are not going to recreate the companies product. We are designing our own product. And however bad this sounds, we are going to use all these products just as a reference. However you may have the best idea by ordering the parts for ourselves.
