Besides HID, whats the brightest blub i can buy? I have heard of PIAA and Sylvania Silverstarr. Any others brighter? which is brightest? Im looking for pure blinding white.

PIAA Xtreme White are very very bright, light up way more of the road than stock.

Where can i get them, i just need H7 first, cause i got some Cool Blue Sylvania's from awhile ago on bright.
