Hey I just bought a 00 celica gts, it has a toyota "bra" on the front and everytime it rains or is washed a good amount of condensation builds up in the headlight assembly, so I know to take the assemblies out and seal the edges somehow, possibly with epoxy or something. I am wondering if the bra is the problem, so yes i can take it off and check but it is such a pain lol. I was wondering if anyone else is having the same problem and if they have a bra on the front or not. Thanks -don

it's not the bra, you have a faulty headlight seal (should be a recall, it's not, only covered for 36K warranty) You'll have to take the head light out, get the pieces apart, and then stick them back together again. Link to Remove headlight Guide for fixing headlights on that last link, instead of doing the inserts, just polish the interior lens and reseal it with some good sealant.

And maybe while you have them apart you could paint the inside plastics to make them look nicer

DiabloGTS is completely right about whats going on. It's a shame toyota doesnt like to recall things, at most they will make a TSB for it.

I don't suggest pulling them apart in the oven, one of mine got melted and warped on the lens during this process. It is totally ruined and must be replaced. I would just reseal them good with some silicone sealant then swab the water out with a coat hanger/papertowel. Don't take the chance of hosing your headlamps...
My 2 cents...
