intake: either AEM, or Injen...230 about header: hotshot...about 400 exhaust: TRD if you want it quiet and get good gains, or TRD kazuma if you want it loud as hell and the best gains possible...TRD for about 450, kazuma for about 350 pully: AEM...about 75dollars light weight rims: totally whatever your preferance is. however, if you want more go than show dont go bigger than 16 inches. i want to get 15inch rota subzero's. only 11.5lbs
springs: i recomend hotchkis, but TRD, eibach, and some other brands are also good...about 200 dollars struts: dont know which brand is best strut tower bar: i like the APR, but some people have problems with it...110 rear strut tower bar: TRD...150 dollars sway bars: either TRD, or hotchkis...dont knwo the price

is that part of the exhaust system? or does it need to be purcahsed separetly? purchased separately. cat is short for catalayic converter (i cant spell worth shit, lol, but mabe i spelled it right). the cat cleans the exhaust, and makes the exhaust less polluting, the stock one restricts the exhust very much, and you can get a high flow cat that will free up the exhaust flow, and gain horsepower. ill find a link with high flow cat's for sale

Overall means it is good if not better, but wut makes it worst is when ppl add these mods they race it more. more pressure=quicker wear-out

I just put 17" rims on my 2000 GT manuel. And it's so slow! Even when I'm cranking at 6,000 rpms. It makes me sad. Don't worry about engine work unless your thinking Turbo. Just save that cash and make it look spiffy or get a fast project car.

don't worry bro, if you want to mod your auto then do it... any of the bolt-ons mentioned will give you some gains and suspension work will improve your cornering... as long as you get quality parts, your mods will only improve the ride
