I know a good amount of people who got some rim and tires from there, But i also heard they dont balace the tires too well. The rims have no problems though. Does anyone have any personal experience with wheelmax?????

no problems here got my rims less than a week(from the florida wherehouse-to Cali) they answered all my questions customer service was good to me when i called them for a tracking number. and when i got the rims all was perfect this question has been asked many times every person who has ordered from them has different opinions. most ppl complain about customer service but if you order and everything is perfect then you dont need customer service. make sure you read any fine prints(especially on returns) so there be no confusion to there guidelines most likely youll be ordering by creditcard so if any problems persist just call them and tell them the problem. most cc companies are happy to get there money back i say go for it

I know someone who got rims last summer from them. The package deals come with awful tires. He's already popped 2 of them. They were covered under warrenty but it was a big pain. Just get rims and buy decent tires somewhere else. Or get you could just get unique rims from team dynamics! They rock.

^ I wholeheartedly agree about buying the tires seperately. I got a decent set of kumhos for less than $400 including mounting, balancing, and tax

I just bought my wheels/tires from there. Great package prices. Customer service wasnt bad. Depends on who you talk to. Ive got some names of good people to tallke to ...just PM me

They said they had my wheels when they didnt then offered me some other ones, they kept my money for a month, and are VERY hard to get someone on the phone after they've already taken your order. I will never do business with them again.

when you call wheelmax from their 1800 number it will have an automated voice talking about the extenstion numbers, when you hear it hit 1030, it will connnect you to Al. he is a very good sales person, he told me all the precise things i get, what i must pay for, return policy, warentee, etc

i got my old rims from there. they took a month or 2 and they sent me the wrong lugnuts. but the price is very good

Price is good...but their balancing is the shit. I had to get my wheels re-balanced. Customer service sucks too. Secondly for the price they dont really give you good tires.
