as usual isaac installed them for me and he showed me the diffrences between the stock and the mtec lights. wow, i never knew how crappy the stock lights looked until it was put beside the mtecs. i got them at a good price too but at $65 bucks i would have bought them anyway. my car is black and with the lights it seems to come alive more. the brightness is great..not too bright that it's annoying, it's just right. plus as isaac had said when driving the light doesn't fade out like stock and you actually see more of the road. i don't have the fog lights installed yet but even through my stock fogs and mtech hi/lo beams it looks great!
can't wait to finish the install so it could look like this:
"I ride big body Benz, Gucci shade lens/ Me an all my friends got the platinum diamond grin/ Everything Im in spin, on 20" Larenz/ Lay back on buckskin, wit my braids in the wind."
Yeah, I got the same lighting package from Isaac as well. Great bulbs. The whole car takes on a change with the different lights. I could light up a football stadium with my hi-beams
GENUINE JDM BULBS (MADE IN JAPAN) BY MARUTA SHOJI CORP. (MTEC)
H.I.D. (HIGH INTENSITY DISCHARGE) XENON PLASMA WHITE CLASS HEADLIGHT BULBS
CONSUMING 55W --> PRODUCING 100W
4,350K
Unlike some other high wattage bulbs which will burn the wirings, these MTEC bulbs are standard wattage ones which are the same as the stock ones, but they output even brighter and whiter than other high wattage bulbs because MTEC bulbs are made to be the newest generation in the market.
The bulbs are Made in JAPAN!!! MTEC bulbs are rated at the same class as PIAA in Japan. They are NOT some cheap bulbs you see on the market. The bulbs are made with the latest technology and highest quality.
The white light closly matches that of sunlight.
Specialized for racing. Extra long life. Simple fabrication.
it wasn't actually hard to install at all, the only reason i got isaac to do it is that i had never changed bulbs before...but after watching him i could have done it on my own. i was just just out in the parking lot where i work and turned on the lights just to admire them...DAMN! our celicas look so diffrent with them on!
I see the difference, very nice!! One question though. Can I put these on my stock headlights on my 2000 gts or do I need an hid kit? I don't know much about lighting and such. pm or email me or whatever.
NOPE! you don't need an hid kit, just slap the bulbs on and get ready to turn some heads . i suggest getting the whole system for $65 bucks (that's an AWESOME DEAL ). at such a cheap price your car will look totally diffrent
they're at the ecelica store, just pick them up and the staff will take care of ya!
well, i suggest you do some research about lights in your state. maybe contact dmv? i dunno. go in google and see if you can find it there. sorry man, i don't know.
last weekend isaac helped me but on the daytime running lights, and turn signals, plusi had the fog lights put in and it looks HOT! i must say a black celica with white lights looks pretty good...damn, i just really love these lights and i get LOTS of looks from people (and i don't even have a body kit ). thanks isaac!

(read my long post above... the compare)
It's not just your imagination... Your day really does go by twice as fast while on EverythingCelica.com
I didn't take out the whole headlight to install my PIAA, it's nto hard. I followed the owner's manual on what to do. And PIAA and MTEC are probably the two best suppliers out there! Both have very bright, effective bulbs to use
