If one were to get the SF Turbo which runs on the stock ECU, if one were to put a shortram Intake, exhaust, and headers prior to the Turbo purchase, would it effect the Turbo's tuning in any way?
Also, where would one get the Turbo when it arrives and what kind of places install Turbos. I'm not the "diy" person when engines are involved.

A header would be a waste of money since the Turbo is attached to it's own manifold. You'd have to remove the header to install the Turbo.

You can't use the cold air Intakes or short ram Intake that are available for the Celica right now with the Turbo kit. The only part of it that you can use is the filter. Also as robare99 said, you don't need headers because you'll be using the Turbo manifold.
