Got my Moda R6 rims rapped in Yoks today, and just went to put them on, and the factory lugs won't fit. The damn washer on the lug is what is preventing it from fitting inside of the wheel's holes.
Is there any way to remove the washers so that it can fit on? The guy I bought them from is sending me the lugs, but they won't be here until sometime next week, and I was wondering if there is a way to use the factory lugs.
Also, how expensive are lugs that I can buy to use in the mean time, and where should I buy them?
Thanks.

I don't think the washer comes off 'cuz it would be dumb if they came off while you were on the highway. You can buy the lug nutts where you bought the tires from. They're probably $20 at the most.

I bought it from some guy that was selling them online. The washer is between the lug and the surface it's mounted against.

I dunno, I haven't seen a stock nutt in a really long time. But yeah, just go to any auto store & tell them that you need wheel locks for your Celica & they shouldn't cost anymore than $20. I would just wait for the wheel locks to get here next week 'cuz it's kind of pointless having two sets. You gotta be patient grasshopper

Okay, please answer me this...
Just talked to the guy that sold me the wheels, and he told me that the lugs he used are tapping lugs, and that they screw right into the rotor, and that his car didn't have bolts coming out of the brake disc.
Those lugs won't work for me, will they?

I've never heard of that?
I'm prettu sure they wont work. Just take a trip to Autozone or Checkers & buy some wheel locks. I'd give you my old ones, but I dunno when they would get there.

So what is the technical name of the lugs I should look for? Just slim lugs? Are they one size fits all? Sorry, kinda stupid when it comes to wheels.

They're 12x1.5 RH/T
Just tell them that you just bought wheels & that your stock wheel locks don't work 'cuz they're too wide. You need something narrower.

Oh yeah, don't get chrome ones either 'cuz mine started to crack & the chrome started to peel off & it really f*cked up my wheels.
