Had my celi in for the recall on the saftey valve for the gas tank last week, and the told me i needed a whole new gas tank and to bring it back the next week. so i brought it in yesterday for that and to get new weatherstripping installed. after eight hours i call and check up and they broke all the fasteners off the tank and fucked up the fuel line. they ordered the parts right away, but it will be a day or two for them to get them in. that pissed me off. he says that he'll get me a loaner car, so im like fine, whatever. then he tells me that since im not 21 he cant let me have it. then i snap. lets just say they gave me the car. told me if i needed any gas just put a few dollars in to get it back to the lot, so i said fine. F*cking car had absolutley no gas in it. Barely made it to the nearest gas station. I hate toyota dealerships. If i get it today im gonna make them give me the lift bolts i ordered for free. By the way, the car is a pimpin 98 Dodge Stratus. hemi power baby.

I think you mean "Mopar power", the stratus doesn't have a hemi but yeah I hate the toyota dealerships except one because I know one of the dealers.

apparently people don't understand that a lot can go wrong when dropping a gas tank. Not to mention it's quite time consuming. If you couldn't get a loaner because you aren't 21, i highly doubt you have one just because you bitched to service manager. the law is the law. if you aren't 21, you have no loaner. good luck woth those lift bolts. see how bad you can piss them off, and see what great work they'll do for you. be happy it's getting fixed.

95% of Toyota dealers SUCK. Be glad you got a loaner. They should have given you one without question if they screwed up, but dealers "should" do lots of things they don't. Good luck getting everything fixed okay.
