OK,i am goin to lower my car, but i don't know what to get, springs or coilovers. If i am getting coilovers, i am just goin to get coilovers, nothin else, no new shock and struts. I will have to drive this in winter time, and i will take off the body kit and rims, so it is still goin to be low. What should i go with? give me ur opinons.
Yeah, the big difference is being able to adjust the coilovers. Since you live here in MI I would probably go for the coilovers so you could lower it in the summer and raise it in the winter.
Well isn't the story that coilovers you can adjust so when it snows out you can raise your car back to the original height but where as springs are strictly lowering and that's it.

if i get arospeed or dropzone coilovers, do i need to change it to aftermarket shocks and could i keep stock. Whats the difference if i change the shocks. And is the installation the same as coilovers to springs and how do i adjust the height
for a decent set of real coilcoers youa relooking at 800
for a okay set of coilover sleeves not sure i won't get em
and as for springs to coilovers Performance wise if they are jstu coilover sleeves then yoru springs 2will perform better cause most sleeve type coilovers use progresssive rate springs and when you lower them you change the springs setting. unless yoru getting real coilovers liek tein as a example i would jsut get springs.

got any links to good full coilover sets for the celi?
coilovers perform better, and in the long run ur not gonna have to get shocks. with springs, the stock shocks are eventually gonna run out and ur gonna need new shocks so might as well get coilovers in the first place. but i had springs so i just put them in, ill get shocks later
Coilovers Outhandle Springs? Your all wrong my friend. Now if your talking about a 1500 dollar set of coilovers then yes. If your talking about those ones most people have with the sleeve thing then no. Springs made my reputable companies are much better then those cheap twist with a wrench coilovers. Springs made by good companies are specifically made for your car with ride quality in mind. With a coilover the hight of the spring is your choice and not specifically catered to your car. When you see companies like TRD or Eibach or other Leading manufacturers making 135 dollar coilovers come let me know.

with coiloversw you get shocks with them with sleeves you ahve to sue the stock shocks and they will wear them out faster than springs will if you slam it.
seriously don;t get cheap parts stay away from sleeves adn get real coilovers or springs.
