man i live in belgium and it sucks. i went a couple days ago to a toyota dealer to finally order a red celica 2004 gt and i have to wait till august  that's like 4 month's i can't understand it.  they said that's the earliest date . tell me you're opinion about it

you are in Belgium right next to the Atlantic ocean... Unlike most other Toyota vehicles, the Celica model comes directly from japan... this explains the high prices - and even higher in harder to reach zones. So either it needs to take a boat all the way north around Russia through the ice, or down through Asia and Africa or around the other side of the planet by pacific ocean through north & south America either that or a boat ships the car from japan and it drive on the back of a truck across all of Asia/Europe to get to you http://www.toyota.co.jp/worldwide/world_europe.htmlCelica says "MADE IN JAPAN" on the manufacture door panels. i guess cause it's a long distance..
but otherwise, toyota cuts back on production of celica too.

why buy Japanese economy when you can get a nice luxury automobile such as Audi or BMW... what is it about the Celica is it that you would rather pay more than a have that over an equally priced upper class vehicle? (equally priced as per where you are living)

(equally priced as per where you are living) Because Audi sux!!! I used to have an Audi A4 2.6 V6 with 5 speed automatic transmission... I never had a car that spend so much time at the shop... totally i spend approx. $7.000 in repars from the day I got it to the day I kicked it out of the door... Not to mension all that was done to it during warenty... I'm NEVER going to have an Audi again - NEVER!!!!

yes that's true i can get a bmw compact for that price or maybe an audi a3 but i like the celica and my parents have a bmw so i will go for something diffrent
