It will look good. It kinda sucks that your car is black, it won't be as noticable IMO. But it is still an awesome mod and totally worth it. Thats the hood I want. Good luck.

it'll look good. But it's ok if you don't notice it, then the car flows better without having a totally different color hood, but it still looks good if you had that. Carbon Fiber hoods are sweet and on black, it looks awesome.

thats the same hood i want too... but my car is yellow, so the carbon fiber will reallly stand out if i had it on... then the chicks will think im color blind and since most don't know what carbon fiber is, they won't dig my car

Actually, Steven, the VIS Invader hood comes with a raised c/f hood scoop.

yes, and hood pins are recommended greatly.

You can just use your stock latch. Hood pins definitely wouldn't hurt for a hood that you can hold up with one or two fingers.

But I actually think hood pins look pretty cool as well. I have heard from some other people that they feel like the stock latch feels very loose with the carbon fiber hood. Tronix, from TC had their invader hood fly off. So I would get the pins just in case, its worth it. If you do get the pins, I recommend having them at an angle facing the front center of your bumper. I think that looks better than having them straight. Dan
