does anyone have the step-by-step guide to installing aftermarket stereo? I know how to take the console and the stock unit out..My celi have premium sound system that's what bother me. I need pics with step-by-step guide on what to do with the stock amp ..do i need to cut anything??? i'm not a kind of person who learn by reading, i understand betta with pictures and words..Please help, i'm tire of the stock unit, sometime it doesn't even play burned cds..

Are you trying to bypass your stock amp? If not you can just use a harness from crutchfield.com or go to your local best buy or circuit city and pick one up.

you need to bypass the stock amp on a gts for the harness to work, because it fits the plug that goes into the amp, not on the plug that comes from the amp. I dont have pics but ill try to help you out. take out the glove box, ull see the amp, unplug the wires going into it, then plug ur harness into there, and ull need to run longer wires (splice) to the center console to get to ur new headunit.

^^^there's 2 wires plug..one is longer..i'm assuming the i have to unplug the wider one right?? what about the smaller plug??? do i just leave it alone?? can i remove it?? i'm sure it won't sound as good as stock..oh yeah will the tweeter on the door still work if you bypass the stock amp???
