I would like to know which is better, Alpine type-S or Alpine Type-R?? and what's the size for the two front speakers and back speakers for a 00 GTS??

Any other suggestion on AMP, sub, LCD screen is greatly appreciated too, but i would like to change out my stock speakers for now. rice

Type R's are higher quality than Type S'. The speakers in the front and back are 6 1/2", you're going to have to make a new mount for them though, which isn't hard to do at all (1/2" MDF/floor underlayment will work).

I actually have an LCD/head unit and disc changer up for sale right now, if you are interested.

I can help you build the ultimate stereo but how much are you willing to spend?
