ok so i just installed my CAI and my CEL came on. now everything things is plugged in right excpet for the nozzle in the picture?? do i plug this in somewhere or what? if its not htat6then i plan on cleaning my MAS and hoping that works.

Doh, wait. Maybe you don't need that piece after all. I'm not at home right now, so I don't have access to my car so I can't say for sure.
Try disconnecting the battery terminal, wait a minute, then reattach it and see if that works.
When you start your car, what does it sound like?

I KNOW WHAT IT IS!!!
That tube goes to the engine right? Remove it, and where the tube was connected, use the rubber nipple to plug up the part on the engine where the tube was connected to.

hahahah yeah he is right just get the lil niple that came with the Intake and place it over it wat kind of Intake is it AEM?

Good luck, that should get rid of the CEL. If not, just unplug the battery and try it again.
