Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior BEST EXHAUST?!...OPINIONS

I got the hks hi power exhaust..not llikin it to much..im thinkn of gettin a new 1..i have talked with lots of members...ive narrowed down to TSRM and Kazuma..every1sss opinions please..n if you live in jersey..haha n you have one or the other ..i wonna hear itttt...!!

Get the TRD Exhaust. Kazuma is illegal, and you will get tired of the sound pretty quick.

how come you don't like the hks i have it and love it and i removed the resenator and it sounds fucken nice all my friends like it

ANybody heard of the Skunk 2 exhaust system for the CElica GTS? It looks very nice, but does if have the Performance to go with the looks? The TRD is nice but looks to non-aggressive! Anybody have the skunk 2 exhaust for the celica?

one of the Mod's has the Skunk2 exhaust, I don't remember who, but they're working with Skunk2 to develope more parts for the Celica.

i just ordered a trd extended exhaust. It will get here on wednesday. I have a 240z with a very loud exhaust and if you go for a long drive your ears will ring if you dont wear ear plugs. loud exhaust get very old after a while but are cool when you first get them.

get the rmm exhaust it is a little bit louder then the trd exhaust and better sounding...not to loud but not to soft...and it produces the same gains as the trd exhasut

kazuma gives so much more power than any other exhaust. it dropped my 1/4 mile time by .4 when i only had a .05 better 60' time. kazuma is WAY better for power than any other exhaust

thats true but its also WAY illegal. This isnt like oh the cops probably wont notice. This is like kids running and hiding off the street cause a monster is rolling through.

question for you guys with a gts and trd exhaust only .(no cai). how does lift feel compared to stock with the trd exhaust? can you def tell it pulls any harder?

Kazuma the best when it comes to track/off-road use since it's illegal (straight pipe and very loud)

but other wise the TRD is the best for gains and some would say sound.. end of story.

If you want a good gain and that's it well there is a thread on here for DC header which is suppose to be cheaper than the TRD exhaust and either a slight amount more or the same hp gain.. my only thought is it probably balances out with costs of installation if you cannot do it yourself.

i like my greddy evo exhaust. sound quite untill you push down full throttle and really explodes at lift.
