I have a question, whats the fastest i should go for the next three days while i am stuck with my spare on?? I cant get it fixed until wednesday, the link is posted so you can see it if you havent yet to find out why its flat!!
And im not saying that i want to go fast, but every morning i have a 20 minute trip to work doing about 70mph, so if i lower that, im gonna need more time, so i want to know how fast i can go or should go, to then find out how much more time i will need to get there, so 70mph in 20mintes, or ??mph in ??Minutes!!

read the owners manual or the sidewall of the spare tire. Ususally it's 55 mph. But I've seen dumbasses drive 70+ on a spare.

go outside and read what it says on the wall of your spare tire...

the information is clearly printed on it.

USA comes with a small spare - Canada comes with a full sized spare (and trunk raisers "accessory buckets" on either side of that spare)

trunk raisers "accessory buckets"...

what is the make/model of your exact spare? grab those details and punch it into google.com - I'm sure something will come up thumbsup

but most spare tires are rated up to 45 MPH and only for 50 miles - they are only intended o get you to a place where you can have your tire repared... but some have driven on these for an entire week - it all depends on the make/model of the tire though

I'm sorry to hear about this - anyone would be extremely pissed just as you are... but look on the bright side, once you have a good set of tires back on your car, you can go ripping up the road again! (it's so fun to do that in the Celica thumbsup)

Yeah it's nice, when I tore my tire I had a full size spare that I drove around on for a while, it was nice not to worry.

The fastest that I've taken my spare up to was 85. Stupid friend I was following didn't slow down, and I didn't wanna get lost rofl

I wouldn't even think about planning on going over 55 on it though. It also depends on which wheel it is. I wouldn't want to drive over 20 if it was one of my front tires.
