hi i think i have problems with my syncros the second gear keeps on grinding when i try to engage it at high rpm. has anyone ever had problems with syncros before??? and if so how much did they pay to replace/install the new syncros??? including parts and labor

Try to double-clutch and revv-match to see if your gears work then. Otherwise doesn't sound like it's your synchros

yep i have my synchros shot labor and parts is about $1000

My 4th went out... and dealer replace the whole tranny under warrenty..
They said it's pain in the butt to just to fix the sychro.. so it's better off just replacing the while thing...
Labor for fixing it is up the roof from dealer...
Other local tranny or mechanics might do it cheaper...

But goto dealer is a much if you still have power train warrenty...
