does anyone else have this problem? my seat belts just suck really...like they dont stick to me, like say if i lean foward and then sit back again, they just sit there, and dont pull back so its all flopping around...is that a problem with all celicas? or is there some easy way to fix this without gettin new belt tensioners?

Meh, at least your seat belts don't try and choke you for no reason.

I know what you mean, but my belts have never been like that, and I doubt that anyone else's in their Celica has. You could get those harnesses, but those are ricey in my opinion.

gotta keep grabbing my belt away from my chest.. its too freaking tight all the time... its also probably annoying for the passengers to watch me keep pulling the belt away all the time thumbsdown

Mine is perfect... I think... I have never (touch wood) "tested" neither the seat belt nor the air bags - but I guess they work (hope so) grin

I have the same problem too, but I think its cause I removed the rear panel and the belt is rubbing somewhere...

I never have any issued with mine. That's one thing I like about the celica. My old car used to piss me off with those stupi auto power shoulder belts that slide up and down the door frame.
