Does anyone know how the quality and durability of wheels from Rev are?

There isn't a whole lot on Google about the quality of this company, I found one thread on some Mini board that was very vague and one person said they knew someone who had them on a Honda and it bent in like 9 months, but then again that is only one person.

i like em!! thumbsup

have nailed some pot holes with no damage...

this one gay road..they were putting in some pipe across the road, so it was dug up and like a fuckign hole across the entire road...

and my gf was like "bump", so i thought ok...bump...since i had no clue..

had to been going like 40 hitting this giant hole and all i heard was BAM across all four's...

i was like eek eek eek eek

and got pissed since she said bump and not HOLE...but anyway, there was NO damage at all, i was like holy shit, these rims are strong. thumbsup

Stock 16's (what I have) are like 26lbs or something and Rev 17"s are like 16-17lbs.

But if VSG' says they are strong then that's very good to know, I'll try and research a bit more because I don't want to shell out almost $2000 for new rims and tires and have the rims bend on me...

Sorry about the pricing, it is a bit exaggerated and in Canadian funds, so it's not completely $2000. But for a set of 17" Rev rims, with Kumho 712, with the shipping, taxes and mount & balancing it comes out to $1450 which is pretty good.

Although I can get K nig Theory also 17" with Kumho 712 for $1760 shipped and yadda yadda and those are good quality rims and are fairly light...
