I've noticed this for a little while now but when I shift into second gear, and be it upshift or downshift it always gives a little squeak that I can notice if the windows a down and I have no music on. Any ideas what this may be or caused from?

i had the same thing... then i greased up my sahift linkage and its fine now
I had the same problem also. Get some white lithium spray grease from a hardware store, and have someone keep shifting from 1st to 2nd while you pop the hood and look for the moving linkage. Spray it with a nice coating of grease.
