Ive heard all sorts of things about headers on an auto. Some people say you lose power, some say it has normal gains, and some say you lose low end power but gain it in the high end. So my questions it what are the real gains of putting headers on an auto? This is for a GT.
you always gain HP with a header aslong as it's a name brand header, like HS, DC, or Trial, and not one of those POS ebay headers. With an auto, less HP gets to the wheels, but you still make the same HP at the crank as a manual.
