Celica Forums General Discussion General car got egged last night

Sometime from 10:00 til 9 this morning some kids decided to egg my car. Most of it was on my windshield but i had quite a bit on my left front and left rear fender. I washed it off hurrily with water and a rag, then i had to get to work. After work i plan on washing and waxing real well. Anyone have any suggestions or hints on dealing with possible damage. BTW me and the neighbors kids dad are going to have a nice discussion which will include paying for any damages to my clear coat. ARGGGGHH.

the kids are like 12-15ish, lol. I think the car is gonna be alright except maybe one spot on the rear bumper, if it doesn't come out they are paying, and me and their dad are going to have a nice talk about fixing it or having the police fix it.

i would go birch out they're dad anyways so they get in trouble and tell him if there is a next time that him or any of his family touches your property the police will be involved immidiatly.

yeah that hapened to me my stree is a you shaped and the egged us and i went to the garage got a dozen eggs and ran the short way cause the went around the whole you and i unloaded 10 eggs all over their truck there were people in the back and i got them all and i got the inside it was funny

after a wax and clean everything is basically fine scept for one small place on the rear bumper cover. Talked to their dad and he said none of them confessed to it and he doesn't think they did it. We'll see what they say when i file a police report. Reguardless, i'm pretty sure the kids won't do it again after i saw their faces when i said i was going to file a police report.

that sucks, last summer i found some ball of paint ball near my car... I don't know who did that... but lucky for me... they didn't hit my car

i guess on the bright side it could have been worse.. it could have been paint.. or yah a paint ball...

a car cover might be a nice thing in the future but there are drawbacks..

Sucks...damn kids hahaah jk but hey what parents wouldn't try to cover up for their kids??? Happened to me once when an 8 year old kid hit my car with his bike and busted my clear lens. I had my lil brother who he was playin with and their friends as a witness. Not to mention my car alarm goin off. After that happened i went to their house within 30 mins and told them bout my car. He denied it BEFORE askin his son if he did it or not he was getting mad at me for accusing his son. Then he called his son out and asked him. The poor kid didnt even get to say anything and busted out cryin. After that he wrote me a check for a new lens... GOODLUCK WITH YOURS!!!
