i have a 2000 celica gts with 42000 miles on it. lately when i start the car, put it into 1st gear and push down the gas to go, there was a slight hesitation. would have to give it more gas because it seemed like it would want to stall. but after reading some reviews on cleaning the maf air flow sensor, i went out to autozone and got some electronic connection cleaner/degreaser. everything from startup to idle my engine is performing so nice and in tune. just wanted to say thanks for those that had input into the tip.

yeah you clean the tempature probe too. i just sprayed the tempature probe with the cleaner and and lightly wiped it with a q tip. for the actual sensors (2 thin wires) i just sprayed them and didnt use a q tip, they are so thin and fragile didnt want to mess them up. just make sure you use the right cleaner (cleaner/degreaser, that is electronic safe which quickly dries).
