I just installed 2 lcds screens and a dvd/fm/mp3 single din player...when i bought this stuff i was all about getting a good deal cause i was short on cash (even thuogh now i my mindset is different..i now beleive its good to save up and get it right the first time)...in theory , i should have spent like 200 more bucks to get a good brand name..BUTT i didnt..i bought a pyle dvdpl168 system..and i gotta let you people know..ITS GREAT. yeah i know..your thinking PYLE..i thought the same..but it was 100 bucks.. it plays dvds mp3s ..radio..etc all in a one din unit. i expected shit..but its really a great little machine. so this thread is all about letting people know..sometimes the cheaper shit..isnt all that bad..pyle has a bad name and its no clarion.BUT..the dvds play great..it has a whole bunch of audio and video outputs..and im really happy. anybody else have stories where they half assed something cause they didnt have cash..BUTT..even though they regreted it..once they checked it out..they were actually really happy? the unit looks pretty kool too..matches my color scheme..the knobs feel cheap though..thats the ONLY problem i have with it...oh yea..and the fact that is says PYLE on it..lol..if those things were fixe.d.i bet most people would think its like a 500 dollar unit..so even though im thinking about buying a much better name (just so when i enter shows it looks a lot better on my part)..for now ijm really happy...

The problem with pyle is not that they don't work its just that they won't work for long. I would bet around the time the warrenty is up something will crap out on you. Like the cheap knobs fall off, LMFAO!!
