Hell no. Don't think TRD makes those kinds of filters anyways.

Don't go for it man.. someone posted a similar "TRD" filter but i knew it was fake so for fun I asked the seller if it was real TRD he said no.. Just get a TRD/K&N air filter (slight gains 1-2hp) or save up for a brand name CAI and buy it off the ecelica store

The job of a filter is keep pieces of debris out of your Intake air while allowing a modest amount of air to still be taken in.
As long as the filter is decent, it should be fine. Don't get that filter from that guy on ebay because it's not even a real TRD filter, so who knows how well it was made.
