Ok I am so pissed right now I have no Idea where to begin.
I had agreed to purchase Kris Johnsons (celly01) 17" Hyper Black 5zigen FN10R-c's.
I sent him the payment we agreed on ($700) by money order. This was over a month ago.

First the excuse was that his friend had his stock wheels and so he couldn't take the 5zigens off of his car. Then He got in a motorcycle accident and was in the hospital. Then, He said he use the money for hospital bills. Because of this he said he would start making payments to me w/interest to make up the $700 he owes me. I told him I didn't care about interest...I just wanted my money back.

At first he was a promt e-mailer. He would always get back to me within a timely manner. Now I can't get ahold of him. I have not heard from him in 6 days.

Luckily I went into this one as prepared as possible. I made photo copies of everything. And i do mean EVERYTHING. I sent the money order certified UPS. SO I have a signature that a member of his family signed for it. I have the proof that he cashed it. I also have e-mails that say that he has the money.

I am pissed. If I had someones money, and I was in his hospital situation (IF IT'S TRUE), I would definately do everything I could do pay it back and to keep in touch with that person. But I dunno. Maybe thats just me.

Any other Ideas? I gave him till Wed. of next week to have the first payment of $100 to my residence.

why can't he just ship the rims now???does his friend still have it?? he is always on here, pm him or soething or you might try that already

Worse comes to worse, sue him. Take him to small claims. You didn't give him 700 to pay hospital bills so that was pretty nervy of him to use the money for that. And none of this "I will make payments back to you" You never made payments to him in the first place so he shouldn't do that either. Either get your $700 back or sue.

If worse does come to worse I will end up sueing him. I thought that was pretty nervy of him taking my money to pay for his bills too... I want to trust him. But, damn. This is anoying.

Actually, they refered me to a fraud division of the San Antonio Police Department. I am working with detective Stark right now. I will be pressing charges shortly. Kris Johnson messed with the wrong guy.

So you are right the Secret service does have better things to do. However, all agencies are really cracking down on internet fraud. I am just glad I will be getting this resolved!

Yeah, I sent everything I have to the detective. I am pressing criminal charges. He might have to do time...among other things. He should have never tried to rip me off. Bad Idea. I take this crap personal. So, I should know within the week what will happen. I juse want my money back...

Holy shit...I've met Kris a couple of time at the meets here in S.A. I know he was gettin rid of his Celica and said he got a bike. I havent seen it yet, however. If you need his number I think a friend of mine got it at a meet. I can send you a PM tomorrow hopefully with it.

Sorry to here about your dealings with him. I had made an agreement to purchase those exact same wheels from him April 16 2004. I felt that his offering price of $500 (see below) was a little on the low side so I tried to get him to agree to a purchase contract(see below), after we had agreed on an exact price. The following day he responed saying that he was sorry but he couldn't sell his wheels at this time. I thought it seemed kind of shady after he had just agreed to sell them the day before, prior to me sending him a writen contract.

I hope you didn't get scammed- but i think you probably did.
Take legal action. Start with the Bank, Post Office, Police.

UPS ground shipping valued costing approximately $120.00USD.

Aaron xxxx will purchase a money order and send it to the seller within 5 days of acceptance of this contact.

Wheels and tires will be shipped using the agreed upon method, UPS ground shipping.

Wheels and tires must be shipped within 5 days of accepting the Money Order.

If the buyer has not received conformation of shipment within said 5 day period, stop payment will be placed on the money order. If the money order has been cashed by the seller prior to the end of the 5 day period and the wheels and tires are not shipped; the seller will return the entire amount, of $620.00USD plus an additional $15USD to cover the expense of buyers original money order, to the purchaser in the form of a certified check or money order.

In the event of a contract dispute, Alberta Canada law will apply.

Acceptance of this contract will be made by sending Aaron Bilkoski a private message stating the sellers name address and phone number. Upon receipt of acceptance by the buyer, both parties are legally bound by the terms of the contact.

He kept ignoring me and luckily i didn't send him money because i wanted to use paypal and he wanted a Money order. Man, i hope you get your money back and this fool pays back big time.
