I dont wanna go for the Turbokit (way expensive)
2002 Celica GT already has:
* AEM Cold Air Intake
* TRD Exhaust
what else can I get? ( headers, racing chip, ... ? )

outside of a Turbo and a supercharger and increasing the bore, etc...all of which are 'too expensive'...
nitrous. it's not so expensive and no one can argue with it's perfomance #'s.
header. hotshot makes a very good header (dc has a new one as well) that goes for about $300. it gives about 5-7 whp which is excellent for 'only' $300.
