Got 2 pics, please let me put both of them up before posting. Cost me more than a CAI but as of now i like it a lot and well worth it, im never going to have to replace it becuase of its material. Comments?
Well the diameter i dont know, ill check tomorow, but the sound and Performance are there. Today i have only taken my rpms too 5,000 but up to that it sounds deep, and my exhaust sounds waaaaaay deeper now! Performance i dont know but i feel much quicker acceleration, havent really floored it all the way though. How many miles should i wait till i really floor it all the way to redline??

You don't have to break a filter in.
Aqua Teen Hunger Force...number one in the hood, G
Got mine at Suprastore.com, i think it is $230 or so, so its cool if i go race and stuff even though i havent driven around a lot?? Thanks for the good comments All the mounting parts that come with the kit are flawless, you can tell its Blitz quality
Based on your first hand experience, is it feasible to adapt the blitz filter on to an AEM or Injen CAI?
Unless the piping on the other CAI systems is big enough for the SUS one then no. Compared the filter to my friends Injen CAI filter and the Blitz easily overwhelmed it. The back part were it hooks up to the tubing is very big. Maybe the LM might be smaller, but i dont have that one, v3nom has the LM Blitz.
the LM filter is the same size as the SUS. as for making it fit on a cai, you're gonna need to make some sort of adapter 'cuz the Blitz filter dwarfs the cai tube.
does anyone think theres a heat shield that can fit over that thing? i know its huge but is it possible, im looking at everyone Intake/filter possible and i might consider getting this if a shield could work with it.
i was also thinking, for a filter placement like that, has anyone tried opening this airway to the engine? i also might do a custing tubing so that air will directly aim at the Intake filter so it will get cold air shooting at it. has anyone tried this??
So wait, anyone here have a kazuma exhaust. herd the sound of it then installed an air filter? did it get louder or quieter or deeper? heh now im scared because i don't wanna make it any louder than it already is. thnx
Say whatever you want about the blitz filter -- it looks GOOD and it lets through a LOT of sound. My dad had it on his old 300bhp audi a3 Turbo, and got it on his current 250bhp audi a4 Turbo. love that filter.
