not without custom work to the engine compartment ... such as brackets and other stuff.

The 3ZZ is just a 2ZZ with mods so technically it would be easier and a bit cheaper to go with the 3zz than the 3SGTE.

Yeah, your correct on all. But Performance wise, the 3SGTE is capable of more IMO. We have already saw a celica with a 3SGTE Engine in it, with 600hp as of a few months ago.
