i used to have the kazuma and it was the loudest damn thing ever. it sounded cool as hell, almost like an f1 car in lift but after a few months and a few noise pollution tickets i had to get rid of it. i got a ticket one time at idle for noise pollution, that was stupid. but it also kills low end power, there is no back pressure at all
the amazing thing about the so called noise pollution laws in the country are the fact that motorcycles (ie harleys in particalr) are loud as all hell and nothing wrong with them, you put a loud exhaust on a car and its illegal what with that?

In CA, vehicles under 1000 or over 6000 pounds do not have any noise regulations. That's why big semi trucks and Harleys are so loud.
