hey i was wondering...how come my car has a hard time starting...it take a while for it to start...do i need new spark pluggs... and after the car warms up the rpm drops all the way below 1000rpm near O like two lines...need help thanks

Normal Idle : +/- 700 rpm

yeah pretty normal

mines does the same thing until I got my grounding wires then the rpm tends to stay just over or just under the 1

try cleaning your MAF sensor too!! thumbsup

u can use isopropyl alcohol or electrical contact cleaner which you can get from your local radio shack

thanks..but how does you celica start when you try to start it...does it take awhile and sound like its struggling to start or it nice and smooth when you turn the key??? cause mine sounds like it doesn't want to start or something..it takes a while also...thanks for the feedbacks...

Do you have an aftermarket Intake on your car? I noticed after I put my Injen CAI on it takes a few extra cranks to get the engine started. When you say it takes awhile, how long is that? Mine only takes about an extra 1-2 seconds so it isn't that big of a deal. thumbsup

yea about that amount of time..but after i clean my maf sensor it starts better and smoother..try cleaning you maf and see how that works..hope it starts and sounds better when you turn that key on!
