Celica Forums General Discussion General Alarm and remote installation question

Searched the forums but couldn't find anything.. Here goes..
Are the auto doors positive or negative pulse? Anyone have any tips on installing an alarm and hooking into door relay, window relay, and remote start? Anything would be nice, i can't find info anywhere. Does the dealer have a repair manual for the 2003 celica (With wiring and relay info?) Thanks guys.

i can get you all the info on what wires to use when installing an alarm but give me a day because i need to print them out at work.

yup, but the dealer, at least mine, doesn't sell em, but the part guy will give you the 800 number to order them from the factory if you ask nice

Ohh man I'd appreciate that a whooole lot. I am just getting started on my celica and I will be doing a lot of electronics installs to start off. Like GPS and stuff, so i need a good alarm. Also I'm going to install them all my self to keep the prices low I have electronics experience but I've never done a alarm install before. I really appreciate your help.

Hey, what exactly is it that you're going to get anyway? What is it that you have? I still have to check to see if my dealer carries the repair manual, is that what you've got?
