How much is your dad gonna spend? If money is not an option, I highly recommend the TUM. It's got a really deep tone, kind of like the old school muscle cars. Adding a SRI like Blitz makes the tone even deeper It's quiet when you're cruising around town, but it lets people know you're comming when you floor it. IMO it's a perfect blend of stainless steel & titanium. The tubing & muffler are stainless steel, so they're gonna last a really long time & the only part that you see is made out of titanium (the canister) The adjustable rear hanger is a nice touch too 'cuz you can adjust the height.

TSRM gets old after a while, atleast it did to me. Not to mention it sits a lot lower than the TUM.
