The only Tein coilovers currently available for Celicas are Basic, Super Street (SS), Super Street with pillowball mounts (SSP), and the HA which could only be ordered from Japan w/a 3 month wait (discontinued here). Go with either the SS or SSP. I prefer the SSP and have them on my car. These are the 2 cheapest places I found on the internet for Tein. Rotary Xecret 7 [rxecret7.com] and AutoCarParts [autocarparts.com]. Look at the other coilover kits too listed on the second site. There are some other choices and somemore than that. I saw someone selling Jics for around $1550. Check also the parts for sale or group buy sections on the Celica sites. You might get lucky. Someones selling the SS for $1000 shipped brand new.
