do all momo knobs fit??? confused

most come with the rubber grommet thing that goes over the shift rod...then the knob fits over that...then there's the screws to hold it on...
best knob is one that fits onto stock threading...TRD

all momo shift knobs and sparco knobs are universal and will all fit.
