i've taken out all of the screws and all but it seems like there is still one that i can't reach...
how can it get it off?

There isnt a screw where you circled. Odds are that you missed the center clip holding the bumper. There are six screws and one clip holding on the bumper. Plus you have to take off the front plastics. Look at this pic...

would it be different because i got an 03? i just checked and i took all the top ones off it seems like somthing is holding from that point. r there nay clips or anything?

There are clips under the headlights but they dont hold the bumper on. If you pull they should come off. Other than that I dont know what to tell you. The only clip I forgot when I took my bumper off is the one ive circled in this pic...

yea, thanx i just wansn't pulling hard enough...i'll post pics when done. with the HID install
