How would I go about making those switches in the Cig tray? I know how to hook them up and everything, just not how to get them in there in a custom layout. Thanks guys!

yeah ive been asking someone who has calsodiers custom tray to post a template and measurements of the plate so i can make one too but no luck

Here's one I made from Carbon. Just cut out a piece of thick card in the desired shape and layed carbon over it, applied resin, wet sanded to 1000 grit and then clear coated it. I dremeled where needed and drilled desired holes. Drilled out a 3/4" hole in the back of the ashtray and fixed it in place with a piece of pipe hanger. Just one solution

Where can I get the resin from? I'm new at this type of thing, never really did models growing up. lol so i have no idea how to work with it either. so if someone could help with that aspect of it too, that would be great!

go to pepboys and go to the switch section...there is a kit with 4 switches and a little black box...fits perfectly in ur ashtray ...thats what i used!
