and why cant 03 and 04 celicas use power fc?

i had it explained to me one time, it has something to do with how the throttle is applied, something like w/o drive by wire it is physical pushed by hydrolics or some other means, but with drive by wire it done electronically? i think that is right, but don't be afraid to call me retarded confused wink thumbsup

DBW is electronic, and throttle cable is as said, a tensed cable that when pushed,(accelerator) Opens and closes the throttle body!! DBW is electronic and hydraulics, and you cant use a power fc becuase the celi chip overrides the fc!!

DBW uses the stock ECU to control the throttle, the Power FC at this point isnt capable of doing that

are they going to make one for the year 03 and 04 that is capable, because i dont wanna get a 04 and not be able to put power FC on it
