yesterday i went to the mazda rev it up event. i went last year and raced but this year i didnt have the $40 to register so i just watched on the plus side however there were some nice cars there and i got to test drive the rx-8 6 speed and the mazdaspeed miata (turbo), both cars were rather peppy. all and all it was a god time. here are a few pics. there first one is the mazdaspeed miata engine.
I'm one of the few fans of the RX-8 on here. But I actually like its look. Id take a celicas looks over it, but its not that bad looking of a car. Plus, anything that revs that high, and gets so much from the small 1308 cc engine, is good in my book.
i cant wait to be 18... im going to buy scrach and win tickets every week! i turn 18 in september though so during the summer i cant have much fun... and when school starts its not all that great to turn over in age
they have one coming to alanta that I'm gonna go for...I'm sure it will be fun, but probably not as fun as driving the celi for track days at road atlanta (sheer crazyness)...which I'm probably gonna take video of later this year
i like the rx-7...nice style and Turbo compatible...
there is one behind my uncles work with "no" license plate here in florida...it is an rx-7 that has been sittin there for like 4 months...it never moves...we tried to open it...but it's locked...i think he is going to turn it in to da cops...probally stolen, thats my guess...i wish i could keep it
Hell.. more than Turbo compatible! Comes stock with a Twin Turbo system! But... twin Turbo systems are nothing to go "OMGOMGOMG" over, I'd definitely change that out for a single Turbo .
