I am not exactly sure what happened, but i was driving on the road and i was in 3rd at about 6500rpms just showing off lol, and all of a sudden my exhaust shoots off a lot of white smoke all over hte place like a huge cloud, and i dont know how that happened, no noise nothing just did that, then i pull over and rev it up high again and it makes some black smoke, i checked my oil and it was fine no leaks under the car, i have no idea what happened, it went away after a little bit of driving and it doens't do it anymore, if anyone knows what happened plz explain thx

Have you been driving the car for a while in that session? (meaning, did you give it time to warm up before you started driving it hard?)

well very white exhaust smoke comes from the burning of transmission fluid being sucked into the engine for some reason. If it's not doing it anymore you should be fine. Might not be a bad idea to get it checked. Black smoke comes from partially burned gas being carried away by the exhaust. Try putting some fuel injector cleaner into your gasoline.

Is it a new exhaust? I know that mine leaked out white smoke for the first week of driving with it...

yea i have HKS exhaust but haven't had that problem before and i've had the exhaust for about a year, CID do you think its a blown gasket because that would suck major ass, even if it stopped doing it?

Oil = dark grey to black smoke, smells bad too.
white smoke = check your head gasket like they say
bluish white = coolant leaking, cracked water jacket & smells like antifreeze. can also be caused by leaking head gasket (coolant can enter combustiuon chambers)

Oil smoke is not white so much as it is grey, also it smells like ass. White smoke could be water, but if it was a cloud of it it probably was something else. Water is always present in exhaust and wouldn't make it white white, of course, I didn;t see the smoke so yah never know.

white smokes means your burning lean and that usually happens during start up and it usually clears up after about 5 minutes or so. black smoke means your burning rich. As long as its not blue smoke then your fine. blue smoke means your buring your engine crankcase oil, meaning you need to change ur oil ring assembly.
