Do not invest in a bypass valve. You do not need one.

i dont believe there is a bypass valve for injen cai, but peeps here will correct me if i'm wrong cheers. there is one for the aem cai though. if your worried, buy the injen splash guard and tape the slots in ur wheel well. i've had my injen cai for 30k with no probs at all, and we get a decent amount of rain here.

hope this helps thumbsup

I don't think that Injen has a Bypass valve right now, but I believe they are working on one. Who knows, it doesn't matter cause you don't need one. Peeps with the AEM bypass valve have had bad results. Some say they feel they lost the performance, some say it messed up the sound of the intake. I have had my Injen CAI for a while now, and it rains hard here in south texas during certain seasons and I have had no problems either.

i wouldn't think so...just put a shield in for your intake, and make sure you clean the filter once a while! i live in michigan!
