Another idea (which a TC member has used) is cutting a place in your trunk plastics and putting a neon in there. It lights up the trunk beautfiully and if mounted well you can avoid seeing the neon.

Its purple, its wired into the current lighting setup (trunk open - light on, trunk closed - light off... switch ON/OFF - light ON/OFF grin ), and I think the tube is 14" - measure before you buy (i bought mine from Target)

I could care less for the neon in the trunk, I wanted to see WTF I was looking for when it was dark... that little lamp on the passenger side does squat at night angry

Question...why do yu want the tubes hooked to the trunk light? You will have to control the tubes with that trunk switch. That kind of loses the point of putting neons back there...unless you are like Isaac and just want the lighting when you are looking for something.

I am just going to wire mine to a switch and fuse and battery. Maybe get a custom switch setup on my console to control my amp, neons (individually), and any other accessories.
