ok so I finally get to have a decent car (my celica) so i decided to enter it in a local car show. I entered the Best Teen catagory. Wasnt really surprised that I didnt win because when your from the middle of Iowa in a Town of about 1,000 people, the judges prefer the "old classics" the winner of my group was an older mustang with new paint, engine, tires, rims, and interrior. (had a lil help with the parents) but what I should have done was entered the "Dream car" category. the winner of that one was a riced out honda civic. it was silver with purple flames and the flames were outlined in hot pink. it was really really ugly. I mean I even hooked up a friends ps2 in my car and still didnt win. anyone else have ideas that could help me?
better then the celi im drivin...i gots me a beat up 82 that my granny kinda gave me for a starter car...great car just needs a lot of work to make her look good...i'll prolly do a little work...but got my eyes on a 91 RX-7 vert
sorry guys i didnt take any pics because i forgot my camera because i was so excited to get there.
csheriff- yeah ill give you the heads up next time i go to a car show. I was the only car there with a flip out monitor, ps2 in my car, foot well neons, and ground effect lights.
haha still just the representation vs. the hondas will help, im always on my own. June 26 in lyle mn., just across the border and july 10 in garner are the only two right now with import classes that i know of right now, shoot me a pm if you wanna go to either of them.
