okay i see people putting mods in there car such as the s2000 antenna which is a honda part and i read peoples messages in here about honda and other shit, like Hold On Not Done Accelerating and honda is like a tampon every pussy needs one. but guys cmon, youre using their shit too so atleast give them credit aight?

I do not think that they are talking about all Hondas, but more like Civics. It is a generalization most of the time. Sounds and seems bad but yeah...

I drive a ZX3 that is giving a tons of headaches and when I clown on it, I say that FORD sucks and not the ZX3. Just feels better when I go against the actual company, lol.

Not anywhere near as bad as what the Civic boards have to say about Toyota products. Besides, its just some competative fun, no harm done.

Well, we put S2000 antennas on our Celi's, they do Celica headlight conversions on Civics. And we're the ones with the problem??

Actually the antennas were around before honda got ahold of them so we dont even need to call it an s2k antenna...

I have the VW Jetta antenna

I have been lookin ALL over the place for the S2000 antenna. My antenna sucks!!! Everytime i go through the car wash i have to have the guys unsrew the fucking thing, because its bent for some reason. Not only that but i think celicas look much cleaner with that antenna. Where can i get one?

you can get one at you local Honda dealer. BTW, cute pic!

go to the installs forum and looks for the thread that says were to buy them, that has a few links of where you can get it off line. and since it is a s2000 antenna feel free to drop by your local honda dealership and buy one. thats what i did.

as for bashing honda, i beleive more people bash the drivers and not the cars, or what the drivers have done to their cars. i have seen some civics that when finished look great, but 90% end up looking ricey. the s2000 and nsx get all the respect they deserve on this board, a lot of people like them or want them. the rsx type s, is another car some of members on this board like, a few wish they even got instead of their celi. thats my 2 cents...

an s2000 antennae is a mod every celica owner should do...

- it looks much cleaner
- it's inexpensive
- it gets rid of the lightning rod

Yeah just go to a honda dealer. You only need the mast, not the whole assembly. Whenever I see a celi with the stock antenna, it looks like a damn remote controlled car.

nope, a mod that everyone should do is right under their nose. Just cut the darn antenna off to a good length and redrill the hole in the ball-put some superglue on the sucker, and you've got yourself a "costomized" antenna that no one can complain about you using a Honda's or that everyone else has. It's really not that hard-takes about 5-10 minutes.

I wouldn't put in my car something from honda...
That's why I got a cellp. style $3.99 @ Pep boys... works for me... 2 min. to install and works perfect!
At least looks better than the stock one!!!

The S2000 antenna is sexy. Anyone who thinks Honda is junk is an idiot, they make just as nice cars as Toyota, there just happens to be a preponderance of idiots in Civics.

I was even too lazy to put the damned ball back on so I beveled the cut edge. I then sanded and polished the cut end to a high shine and it looks even more clean than with that ball

back to the whole honda thing, i think for the most part its just flippin each other shit. my friend drives an integra, and we always give each other a bunch of crap about this and that, but we both respect each others cars
