i told my friend about the xs Turbo kit and the stress it causes, but he said it would probably be ok if i left it with about 5 to 7 pounds of boost

Just curious, where can someone purchase an SF Turbo kit? Do they have a website for more info?

the XS kit doesnt cause as much "stress" as people think. what happens is the kit fails. sometime the manifold cracks, sometimes one of the bolts they put inside the tubing comes loose and gets sucked through the Turbo, along with numerous other things that can happen. I have yet to see the motor fail from 9 lbs of boost.

The SF kit is much more reliable. This means he wont have to worry about how to detune the kit. Something XS does on most celicas. I've seen 2 people now be detuned cause of poor tuning/performance of the xs kit. I severely dislike the company and their product.

thats all I meant. lol

Um, where do you buy SF Turbos? I haven't found any websites about them.

My Friend has the Stafford kit, he's had it for 3 months, no problems yet, just got his first 2500mi oil change and the thing seems to be running better than it was installed.

SF is not taking orders right now. He's finishing the kits already ordered (including mine), then he will start taking orders again. SF webpage is down right now, so try checking it later.

If I were to get a Turbo SF would be the one. I'd have to say I've thought about it more then once. lol
