The inner battle: your eyes must be extinguished to let new light in.

I picked up a set of 17s at the shop though, and they seemed nearly as light as the 17" Volks. You could tell there was a difference... but not very much. Those are pretty light. Lighter than my old Volk GTPs both 17*7. Check this out for wheel weights. Download PDF. I think it's a couple years old, but has a lot of wheel weights regardless.
