I just had my ECU and fuel injectors replaced under a Federal Emissions warranty. My problem is that I think that they might have given me a 2001 GTS ECU (the one with the lower rev limiter) The part number that they gave me is P/N: 89666-20093-84. If anyone knows part numbers, please post back and assure me that I'm wrong ;-)

BTW, I start TMMK (Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky) June 28. Line work, but I'll be building Camrys, Solaras, and Avalons. Too bad it's not Celicas, but they're all made in Japan. I'm starting out at $12.60/hr on second shift (5:30pm - 2:00am). SwiftCel here on the boards works there as well. First job in three months, so I'm pumped!

2002 was the year with the lower rev limiter.

You should be fine with the 2001 ECM.

I mean I knew that, but mistakes could have been made. Just wanted to be sure I got the right part.

Congrats on the job! I'm pumped to start there, I have always heard once you got on, the is a lot of upward mobility. So I might be out in Cali, or Japan (at least for a visit!)

2000 and 2001 ECM's can be interchanged.
